Dani and Juan’s wedding celebration at Windrift Hall was an intimate gathering brimming with some of our favorite things! We love this Hudson Valley Wedding venue because of the private estate vibe. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and perfectly suited for outdoor receptions.
The couple opted for an elegant “boho” theme.
From Dani’s stunning half sleeve dress (accompanied by the most amazing eucalyptus crown) to the large peacock chairs at the sweetheart table, all of the decor was beautiful.
Although we could go on and on about how much we loved their latte inspired color scheme, how fantastic the vendor team was, how adorable these two are together or how hilarious the wedding toasts were… you know our favorite thing to talk about is the food!
For the outdoor reception, we provided a crowd-pleasing assortment of passed appetizers, the bar service was served from our beautiful Bar Car and we were there with our amazing staff to tend to the guest’s needs throughout the event.
Guests were also treated to an array of fruits, cheeses, and meats, plenty of carbolicious options, including a pretzels bar with crazy gourmet mustards and our house-made beer cheese.
As far as the passed items, the crowd-pleasers were
- Scallops wrapped with bacon
- Mini chipotle pulled pork sliders with pickled slaw
- Marinated steak skewers
- Chicken wrapped with pancetta served up with the most fantastic tangy honey mustard
- Blue corn chips with housemade guacamole
- Grilled cajun shrimp
WHAT? I know, so amazing! Oh, and I almost forgot, we threw in an extra little sweet surprise, carrot cake shooter with a dollop of cream cheese frosting. I mean can you stand it? So delicious!! And an array of savory sliders.
Although they aren’t pictured below, we also provided rose gold pizza stands for the Pizza that was served for a delicious main course. (oh la la).
