The moment I spoke with Kerri, I knew it was a perfect match! We developed a perfect menu for these fellow Long Islanders complete with steamed clams and shrimp cocktail. The Bar Car was the perfect addition to their event was the focal point of their cocktail hour. The passed appetizers were plentiful and the event moved flawlessly into the main tent where their salad course and pasta ala vodka was served. Dinner was met with equal excitement as we served their main meal family style. We couldn’t serve this group anything less than a delicious Grilled Filet Mignon for dinner. Desserts we a very important part of their menu as Kerri & Chris choose a scaled-down menu and added cookies, brownie bites, donuts and cupcakes. From beginning to end, we created the perfect menu for this perfect couple. This was such a memorable day for us and all of my crew, we really connected with the couple and their guests.
